Registered voters in Montgomery County who plan to vote in person can cast their ballots on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2026, with polling places open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Voters are encouraged to check their registration information and polling location through the Pennsylvania Department of State’s online voter portal before Election Day. Polling locations are based on a voter’s registered address and can change between elections.

At the polls, eligible voters casting a regular ballot will receive a paper ballot, privacy folder and pen. A ballot-marking device is also available for voters who prefer or need to use one.

Voters who received a mail-in or absentee ballot but decide to vote in person can surrender the ballot and its mailing envelope to the Judge of Elections at their polling place before casting a regular ballot. According to the county information provided, voters who do not have their mail ballot to surrender may instead cast a provisional ballot, which can be counted after election officials verify that they did not also vote by mail.

Election Day Details

Poll Hours: 7 a.m.–8 p.m.
Polling Location: Check through the Pennsylvania Department of State voter portal
Mail Ballot Voters: Bring the ballot and mailing envelope to surrender it before voting a regular in-person ballot; otherwise, the county information says a provisional ballot may be used.

The library noted that staff will not be able to process holds from the Youth Services Department during the renovation.
