Every sales leader knows the feeling. You walk into a pipeline review with a number you believe in, and twenty minutes later, you're defending every line item to a CEO who just wants to know what's actually going to close.
HubSpot Sales Hub ends that conversation. Every deal, every rep's activity, and every buyer signal are all in one place and updated automatically. So your forecast is built on what's actually happening. And when you present that number, you can stand behind it.

YWCA + Orion
at Community Resource Center

Travels with the Post reports the YWCA Tri-County Area and Orion Communities have partnered so an Orion representative is on hand every Thursday, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the YW Community Resource Center on King and North Charlotte streets (the former First Baptist Church building).
Orion helps with housing, utilities, and transportation navigation. YWCA CEO Kelly Grosser and Orion programs director Maris Manogue say the late-April pilot first assisted 47 families, with more successes since. Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania also meets there once monthly; remaining 2026 dates are Sept. 17, Oct. 15, Nov. 19, and Dec. 17.

S. Evans Street Bridge is closed at this time. S. Franklin Street Bridge is reopen, with work completed there and construction moved to S. Evans. Rehab includes structural steel repairs, new paving, protective fencing, and replacement sidewalks. Handy tip if you are out for Labor Day weekend.

Pottstown History:
Pottstown Firebirds 1968-70

Most neighbors know Pottstown for high-school football at Grigg Memorial Stadium. Fewer know that for three autumns the same field hosted a real pro team, the Pottstown Firebirds, a Philadelphia Eagles farm club in the Atlantic Coast Football League from 1968 to 1970.
Backed by local owner Ed Gruber, the green-and-white Firebirds won back-to-back ACFL championships in 1969 and 1970, then disappeared when Gruber merged the club into Virginia's Norfolk Neptunes. National fame arrived after the team was gone: NFL Films' Pro Football, Pottstown, Pa., which followed the 1970 title run, aired nationwide as a Super Bowl VI pregame show in January 1972. A High Street plaque near Smith Plaza still marks the story for anyone walking past borough hall.
