J.J. Ratigan Brewing Company Brings
Back Gatsby-Themed Speakeasy Night
J.J. Ratigan Brewing Company is stepping back into the Roaring Twenties as its popular Gatsby Night Speakeasy Party returns on Friday from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m.
The brewery will transform into a candlelit, Prohibition-era speakeasy complete with period-inspired cocktails and a vintage atmosphere. Guests are invited to embrace the theme by wearing 1920s attire or masquerade-style accessories, though costumes are optional.
The evening will also feature a complimentary photo booth provided by In a Flash Photobooths, giving attendees the chance to capture memories from the themed event.
To attend, guests must obtain the event password by messaging J.J. Ratigan Brewing Company through Facebook or by texting 484-749-8697.
Boyertown to Celebrate 9th Annual
Unity Tree Lighting on Dec. 4th
The 9th Annual Unity Tree Lighting will bring the Boyertown-area community together to kick off the holiday season on Friday, Dec. 4, with an evening of festive entertainment and holiday cheer.
The free event will take place from 6 to 7 p.m. at 121 E. Philadelphia Ave. in Boyertown. Held rain or shine on the first Friday of December each year, the celebration has become a cherished community tradition focused on bringing neighbors together during the holiday season.
Attendees can enjoy live music, caroling, entertainment, refreshments, and fellowship before the Unity Tree is officially illuminated. Organizers say Santa Claus and Bearianne may also make a special appearance to help light the tree.
Admission is free, and organizers remind the public that there is no charge to attend. They also encourage residents to ignore anyone on social media attempting to collect money for the event.

ntroduces Bigger Pizza Slices
Pizza lovers can now enjoy even more of their favorite slice at Ice House Steaks & Pizza, where the restaurant has unveiled a larger-than-ever pizza offering.
The eatery announced that its pizza slices are now 78% bigger, giving customers more pizza and more Grande cheese in every serving. The oversized slices are now available as part of the restaurant's updated menu.
Ice House says the larger slices are designed to satisfy bigger appetites while delivering the same pizza customers have come to know and enjoy.
