Headline SoulJoel's on Aug. 15th

Comedy veteran Jackie "The Joke Man" Martling will perform at SoulJoel's at SunnyBrook in Pottstown on Saturday, Aug. 15, with Rich Harkaway serving as the featured performer.

The show begins at 8 p.m., with doors opening 30 minutes before showtime.

Martling is best known for his 18-year run on The Howard Stern Show, where he served as head writer and a regular on-air personality from 1983 to 2001. Over the course of his career, he has released multiple comedy albums, books, and videos, hosted his own SiriusXM radio program, and appeared in documentaries, television shows, and independent films.

Guests attending the show can take advantage of free parking, a full bar, and food available at Gatsby's Pub before or after the performance.

Oddities & Curiosities Expo

Returns Aug. 15-16

Fans of the unusual, spooky, and bizarre can explore thousands of unique items when the Oddities & Curiosities Expo returns Aug. 15-16.

Billed as the world's largest traveling oddities event, the expo features a curated selection of vendors, artists, and small businesses offering everything from taxidermy, preserved specimens, antiques, and original artwork to horror-inspired collectibles, handcrafted oddities, jewelry, vintage medical devices, skulls, bones, funeral memorabilia, and more.

In addition to shopping, attendees can enjoy live sideshow performances throughout the weekend and participate in taxidermy classes offered during the event.

Organizers say all items sold at the expo are legal to own and are sustainably sourced. Children 12 and under receive free admission and do not need a ticket.
