CHDC Mobile Dental Clinic Offers Affordable Care at Montgomery County Community College's Pottstown Campus

Community Health & Dental Care (CHDC) is providing mobile dental services at Montgomery County Community College's Pottstown Campus, offering convenient access to preventive and routine dental care for patients of all ages.

The mobile dental unit is located at 101 College Drive in the South Hall campus parking lot. Services are available by appointment only.

CHDC Mobile Dental provides a variety of services, including checkups, cleanings, X-rays, sealants, fillings, and simple extractions. The clinic welcomes children, adults, students, and seniors.

Most insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare, are accepted. Healthcare discounts and payment plans are also available for eligible patients, with qualifying dental visits starting at $40.

Sanatoga Fire Company Members Tour Limerick Clean Energy Center

Members of the Sanatoga Fire Company, along with representatives from Lower Pottsgrove Township and the Borough of Pottstown, recently participated in an educational tour of the Limerick Clean Energy Center.

Hosted by Constellation, the visit included an informational presentation and question-and-answer session with plant officials before attendees toured several areas of the facility, including the turbine room and main control room.

The event concluded with lunch provided by Constellation. Sanatoga Fire Company expressed its appreciation to Constellation, the Limerick Clean Energy Center team, and Lower Pottsgrove Township Emergency Management for organizing the opportunity.

Pottstown Rotary Community Endowment Fund Announces 22nd Annual Golf Outing

The Pottstown Rotary Community Endowment Fund will host its 22nd Annual Golf Outing on Monday, Oct. 5, at Brookside Country Club.

The annual fundraiser supports scholarships for local students and grants for Pottstown-area nonprofit organizations. Since its inception, the event has raised more than $200,000 to benefit community programs and educational opportunities.

Golfers, businesses, and community members are invited to participate by registering for the outing or becoming an event sponsor.
