Each environment is unique, but after dot-com, post war and contemporary art grew about 24% annually for a decade. After 2008, about 11% for 12 years.
Itβs also had near-zero correlation with the S&P 500 since β95.*

Trellis For Tomorrow Expands Rainwater Collection at Lundale Farm
Trellis For Tomorrow has taken another step toward sustainable agriculture with the installation of new rain barrels at the Agricultural Learning Center at Lundale Farm.
The recently installed system captured approximately 1,700 gallons of rainwater during last week's rainfall, which measured just under one inch. Based on the organization's estimates, the greenhouse roof has the capacity to collect about 2,000 gallons of water for every inch of rain.

The project highlights the benefits of rainwater harvesting as an environmentally friendly practice that conserves water and supports agricultural education.
