Making Homeownership Dreams Reality: Cross Country Mortgage Serves Diverse Client Needs in Wayne

At Cross Country Mortgage in Wayne, Pennsylvania, Edwin Santiago and his team believe that everyone deserves a chance at homeownership, regardless of their financial circumstances or background. As a trusted local lender with decades of experience, the company has built its reputation on a simple yet powerful philosophy: no two borrowers are alike.

"We help clients who think that they can't buy a house get a mortgage," Santiago explains. "We find that people think that they don't have enough saved to buy a mortgage, but they actually do, or we have a program that can help them."

Cross Country Mortgage specializes in serving a diverse range of clients, from first-time homebuyers to those with unique income structures who aren't traditional W-2 employees. The company also assists families looking to upsize as they grow, buyers interested in new construction homes, and those planning to downsize. Additionally, they offer unique strategies for wealth management and helping seniors stay in their homes.

Tools and Innovation Drive Success

What sets Cross Country Mortgage apart is their extensive toolkit of products and data-driven insights. "We have a ton of mortgage products that allow us to help people with those unique income situations with down payment assistance, even with home equity, second mortgages," Santiago notes. The company is also expanding into commercial products to serve even more clients.

Looking toward the future, Santiago is particularly excited about Cross Country's commitment to innovation, especially the integration of AI technology. "They understand that AI alone isn't going to lead us to help our borrowers. It's AI plus the human," he explains.

Dreams Come True

For Santiago, the most rewarding aspect of his work comes from witnessing clients' journeys from doubt to achievement. "Just being able for them to see that they can buy a house and working through the beginning where they have that realization, like, 'Oh my gosh, I can do this,'" he shares. "It's just making dreams come true."

Cross Country Mortgage is located at 487 Devon Park Dr #212, Wayne, PA. To learn more about their personalized mortgage solutions, visit CCM or call (215) 901-0878.
