PA Primary Coming May 19 β
Don't Miss the Mail Ballot Deadline
Pennsylvania's primary election is Tuesday, May 19, and for voters in Montgomery County and the greater Pottstown area, a few key deadlines are fast approaching.
The deadline to apply for a mail-in ballot is Monday, May 12, by 5:00 p.m. Applications can be submitted online through the state's voter portal or by mail to your county election office. For Montgomery County residents, completed mail ballots must be returned to 1430 DeKalb St. (Rear), Norristown, PA 19401 or to an official drop-box location by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day. Postmarks do not count β ballots must be physically received by the deadline.
Voters who prefer to cast their ballot in person can do so at their assigned polling place on May 19 between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Not sure if you're registered or where to vote? Visit vote.pa.gov to check your registration status, find your polling place, and review what's on your ballot.

Sprouts Farmers Market
Gets Green Light in Limerick
A new Sprouts Farmers Market is officially headed to Limerick Township. The health-focused grocery chain has received approval to build a 23,256-square-foot store at the Heritage Crossing Shopping Center on 30 West Ridge Pike, at the corner of Ridge Pike and Township Line Road.
The Arizona-based grocer is known for its emphasis on fresh produce, natural and organic products, and affordable healthy options. Sprouts has been expanding aggressively across the Philadelphia region, and the Limerick location will join its growing footprint in Montgomery County, which already includes a store in Montgomeryville.
A specific opening date hasn't been announced yet, but the land development project has been approved and construction plans are moving forward. The new store will fill one of the remaining vacant lots at Heritage Crossing, bringing more shopping options to the Limerick-Royersford corridor.

Coventry Woods Festival
Returns May 17
Mark your calendars β the annual Coventry Woods Festival is back on Saturday, May 17 from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Coventry Woods Park (formerly Camp Fernbrook) in North Coventry Township.
The beloved community event features the fan-favorite Fernbrook Derby Goat Races, live music, food vendors, a bounce house, puppet shows, arts and crafts, and plenty of family-friendly activities spread across the park's stunning 600+ acres of forest and trails. The festival is organized by the North Coventry Township Parks and Recreation Commission and is one of the area's most popular spring events.
Coventry Woods Park is located at 1954 Saint Peters Road in Pottstown. Admission details and additional event information can be found on the North Coventry Township website.
