Your Dog Deserves Better Than Mystery Kibble
Most kibble is cooked at extreme temperatures that strip out the nutrients your dog actually needs. Your dog deserves better than that.
Spot & Tango's UnKibble is the only human-grade dog food that delivers all the benefits of fresh food without taking up fridge space. Made with USDA-grade meats, plus fresh fruits and vegetables, then gently dried at low temps to lock in up to 99% of nutrients. As vets say: "This is the food dogs were born to eat."
It's pantry-friendly, delivered to your door, and comes with a personalized scoop sized to your dog's exact needs. No guesswork, no prep, no refrigeration.
350,000+ dog parents have already made the switch — and 87% saw health improvements in their pup after switching.

Comedy Fundraiser Supports
Eagles Autism Foundation

The event will feature comedian Jay Yoder and a lineup of performers, with proceeds supporting the Eagles Autism Foundation and benefiting Zachary’s Zoomers. In addition to the show, a portion of dining proceeds from Gatsby’s Pub between 4 and 6:30 p.m. will also be donated.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m., with tickets priced at $20 for general admission and $30 for preferred seating. The venue offers free parking, a full bar and on-site dining.
Organizers say the fundraiser aims to combine entertainment with impact, supporting efforts focused on autism research, advocacy and community support.
Shelter Slumber Event Raises
Awareness for Rescue Dogs

Animal House Retail for Rescue is reflecting on the impact of its first Shelter Slumber event of 2026, describing it as both meaningful and eye-opening for participants and organizers alike.
The overnight experience gave attendees a closer look at the reality of caring for rescue dogs, highlighting the emotional and logistical challenges involved in providing safe shelter. Organizers emphasized that what began as helping a single animal has grown into a long-term commitment—one driven not just by passion, but by a deep sense of responsibility after witnessing the conditions many animals face.

Currently, the organization says it is operating at capacity, with local kennels full and additional facilities stretched thin as more dogs are surrendered—particularly large breeds that are often the most difficult to place. Many of these animals arrive scared and uncertain, waiting for stability and a second chance.
While the rescue provides food, safety and care, leaders stress that the greatest need remains permanent homes and foster families. Without them, the ability to take in additional animals becomes limited, leaving difficult decisions about which dogs can be helped.
The group continues to rely on community support through donations, fostering and adoption, noting that each act of involvement directly impacts the life of an animal in need.
OJR Receives $4,000 Donation

The donation was made possible by shoppers who chose to round up their grocery purchases, directly contributing to local food programs that support students and families.
District officials expressed appreciation for the generosity, noting that the funds will help provide essential resources and make a meaningful impact on children in the community.
