Salvation Army Food Pantry
Serves Pottstown Twice Weekly

The Salvation Army of Pottstown continues to provide essential support to the community through its food pantry, which is open twice a week.
The pantry operates on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1 to 2 p.m., allowing clients to visit up to twice per month and select from a variety of items, including dry goods, canned foods, fresh produce, meats and dairy products. A dedicated section also offers bread and baked goods.
In addition to its pantry services, the organization runs a soup kitchen on Wednesdays and relies heavily on the support of local volunteers who assist with preparation, distribution and cleanup.
Officials say the continued success of these programs depends on community involvement, and they encourage residents interested in volunteering or receiving assistance to reach out or stop by.
