Can You Solve the Friends-Themed
Murder Mystery Dinner at Sunnybrook?
The Sunnybrook Ballroom is inviting fans of the iconic TV show Friends to a special, themed murder mystery dinner on Wednesday, November 13. This unique evening will feature a delicious menu crafted by Executive Chef Scott Reddy, followed by an interactive murder mystery production with a Friends twist.
Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., with dinner served from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. The murder mystery performance will follow, running from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. Guests can immerse themselves in the mystery as they try to identify the killer, casting their vote and working together to solve the case. Tickets are $60 per person and include both the gourmet dinner and the show.
The Sunnybrook Ballroom, located at 50 Sunnybrook Road in Pottstown, PA, promises an evening of food, fun, and suspense for Friends fans and mystery lovers alike. Reserve your spot to see if you can crack the case!
Join Hollywood Garage and Big Phil’s for a Holiday Toy Drive and Social Event
Hollywood Garage and Big Phil’s Bar and Grill are teaming up once more for a festive holiday social and toy drive benefiting Toys for Tots. This community event will take place on Tuesday, December 12, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., and will feature a host of holiday activities. Attendees are encouraged to bring a new toy for donation, helping to spread holiday cheer to children in need.
Guests can participate in raffles and giveaways, enjoy special holiday-themed menu items, and even meet Santa Claus himself. This event promises a warm, welcoming atmosphere where locals can gather, celebrate, and make a difference this holiday season.
The holiday social will be held at Big Phil’s Bar and Grill, located at 351 W Schuylkill Road in Pottstown, PA. Come for the community spirit, stay for the holiday fun, and bring a toy to support this wonderful cause.

Sly Fox Tasting Room: Fun for All Ages!
The Sly Fox Tasting Room is hosting a special "Friendsgiving with Bluey" event, offering a fun-filled afternoon perfect for families. Scheduled for Friday, November 17, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., this event will bring Bluey, Bingo, and Muffin to Pottstown, inviting young fans to enjoy Bluey-themed activities and games.
While kids engage in Bluey-inspired fun, adults can relax and sample Sly Fox’s popular beers in a lively, welcoming setting. Located at 331 Circle of Progress Drive, the Sly Fox Tasting Room promises a great day out for families to celebrate friendship and togetherness in advance of Thanksgiving.
Pottsgrove High School PTSA Hosts
Clothing Drive to Support Post Prom
The Pottsgrove High School PTSA is holding a "Time to Clean Out Your Closet" clothing drive to benefit the Post Prom fund. Community members are encouraged to bring gently used items to Pottsgrove High School on Saturday, November 16, between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., where volunteers will be on hand to help unload donations at the main entrance on Kauffman Road.
Acceptable items include wearable clothing in all sizes, shoes (bagged separately), small accessories like hats and purses, hard toys under two feet, and soft household items such as bed sheets and towels. The PTSA earns funds based on the weight of collected items, which will be resold at low cost in developing areas. Mark your calendar to donate and help support a memorable post-prom event for Pottsgrove students.
Epps Beverages Celebrates First Anniversary with Tastings, Food, and Fun!
On Saturday, November 16th, Epps Beverages will host an exciting anniversary event at 80 W. Ridge Pike in Royersford, Pennsylvania, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., thanking customers for a successful first year.
Attendees can enjoy tastings from over 12 breweries, including a selection of beers, ciders, and vodka seltzers, along with fantastic deals on select products. The day promises something for everyone with a live DJ, food trucks, complimentary snacks, and branded giveaway raffles.
Overflow parking will be available at 105 W. Ridge Pike, with traffic assistance provided by Limerick PD to ensure smooth access. It’s the perfect chance to stock up for the holiday season and celebrate with the Epps Beverages team!
