Pottstown Event Offers Expert Roadmap for Stress-Free Downsizing

The Tri-County Active Adult Center in Pottstown is hosting a seminar on downsizing, providing a step-by-step guide to decluttering and simplifying one's home. Scheduled for 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 5, the seminar aims to make the often overwhelming process of downsizing more manageable. A range of experts from various fields including real estate, construction, legal, financial, and home organization will share their insights and tips.

Paula Mayewski, a professional organizer with Home Stream LLC, emphasizes the importance of starting the downsizing process early. Home Stream, co-founded with her daughter Emily, offers services ranging from senior downsizing to home staging and interior design.

The seminar, organized by Realtor Matt Green of Glocker Real Estate, promises a comprehensive overview of downsizing, with a panel that includes a financial advisor, attorney, professional organizer, home healthcare professionals, a contractor, and a senior healthcare navigator. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and receive personalized advice, making the first step towards a simplified lifestyle easier. The event will take place at 288 Moser Rd. #1, Pottstown, PA 19464, and will include refreshments.
