Surveillance and social media analysis played key roles in Robinson's identification and subsequent conviction.

The pivotal moment came at 16:25 in the second period when Wheeling managed to tie the score, setting the stage for their subsequent third-period success. On the Panthers' side, Carter Verhaeghe managed to score, but it wasn't enough to extend their four-game winning streak. Anthony Stolarz, stepping in to give Sergei Bobrovsky some rest, made 23 saves. The loss also concluded Sam Reinhart's impressive 13-game point streak, which had tied for the second-longest in the franchise's history.
Noteworthy was Flyers forward Owen Tippett's return to South Florida for the first time since his trade from the Panthers in 2022, as well as his comeback from a lower-body injury. Meanwhile, Panthers' Nick Cousins was back on the ice after being sidelined since January 2 due to a concussion.
Looking ahead, the Flyers are set to host the Winnipeg Jets, while the Panthers will welcome the Washington Capitals, both games scheduled for Thursday night.
