The project, praised by residents and city officials, aims to boost community pride and transform an area previously seen as undesirable.

‘Annie’ comes to Santander Arena on February 1st

"Annie," a heartwarming tale set in the era of the Great Depression, follows the adventures of a young, optimistic orphan named Annie. Living in Miss Hannigan's orphanage, Annie stands out from the other children with her unwavering belief that her parents are alive and will one day come for her. Her life takes a dramatic turn when she crosses paths with Oliver Warbucks, a billionaire who initially plans to adopt her.

However, Annie's only wish is to find her biological parents, a quest that Warbucks supports. In response, he offers a substantial reward for any information about Annie's parents, a move that inadvertently draws the attention of scheming con artists Rooster, Lily, and the cruel Miss Hannigan. They devise a plan to kidnap Annie and claim the reward. Despite these dark twists, the story assures a delightful conclusion, with Annie, Warbucks, and their companions finding joy and a sense of family.
