Pottstown Police Charge Ex-Home Depot Vendor with Retail Theft

Thomas Edward Ferraro, 23, previously working at Home Depot in Pottstown, PA, turned himself in to police on allegations of retail theft. He reportedly stole items worth over $1,700 from the store. Ferraro faces charges but maintains the presumption of innocence until proven otherwise.
