Jury Convicts Dump Truck Driver in Fatal Crash Involving Pregnant Woman
Ajury found dump truck driver Everett Clayton guilty of two counts of third-degree murder. The verdict comes after Clayton was involved in a crash that led to the tragic deaths of Kellie Adams and her unborn child, Emersyn Grace, as confirmed by the Montgomery County Coroner's Office.
The incident occurred on August 25, 2022, when Clayton's dump truck collided with a Chevy Tahoe driven by Adams on Park Avenue in Lower Providence Township, as reported by the District Attorney's office.
Apple Increases Prices for
Streaming and Gaming Services
Apple Inc. has announced price hikes for its AppleTV+, Arcade gaming, and bundled Apple One services. The new prices are as follows:
Arcade: $6.99 (previously $4.99)
AppleTV+: $9.99 (previously $6.99)
Apple One (Individual Plan): $19.95 (previously $16.95)
Apple One (Family Plan): $25.95 (previously $22.95)
Apple One bundles include Apple Music, TV, Arcade, and 200GB of iCloud storage.
This trend of price increases isn't exclusive to Apple. Netflix Inc. recently raised its highest-tier streaming service price to $23 (a 10% increase) and its ad-free base plan to $12 in the U.S. However, the price for Netflix's most popular U.S. streaming option remains at $15.50, and the $7 plan with occasional ads is unchanged.
Additionally, The Walt Disney Co. increased the price of its ad-free Disney+ service by approximately 27% to $13.99, and Hulu's ad-free version saw a 20% rise to $17.99.

Bam Margera Faces Trial for
Alleged Assault on Brother
Amid Sobriety Concerns
Brandon "Bam" Margera, former MTV "Jackass" star, is set for trial on Nov. 15 for allegedly assaulting his older brother, Jesse, at their family home in Chester County.
The trial was postponed due to a court order mandating Bam to focus on sobriety and wear an alcohol detection bracelet. He was later permitted to attend a horror convention in Florida.
At a recent hearing, Bam's lawyer argued for the charges to be dismissed, stating it was a familial disagreement, not a criminal act. Jesse Margera testified about Bam's unpredictable behavior during the incident, claiming he was assaulted multiple times.
Barry Christopher Woods Sr. Charged with Simple Assault, Harassment,
and Criminal Mischief
On October 24th, 2023, at 2120 Buchert Road, #89 Rolling Hills, Pottstown, PA 19464, a domestic dispute escalated into a violent altercation involving Barry Christopher Woods Sr..
The incident began as a verbal disagreement. As tensions rose, Woods reportedly smashed the victim's iPad. The situation further deteriorated when Woods allegedly punched the victim, leaving scratches on her right arm and stomach area. Following the assault, Woods promptly left the residence.
Authorities have since charged Woods with the following offenses:
(18) 2701 (A)(1) SIMPLE ASSAULT
(18) 2709 (A)(1) HARASSMENT
(18) 3304 (A)(1) CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
The incident underscores the importance of addressing domestic disputes promptly and ensuring the safety of all involved parties.

Jalen Hurts Battles Knee Issues
but Turnovers Remain
Eagles' Bigger Concern
Eagles' head coach Nick Sirianni is hopeful that Jalen Hurts, despite his knee issues, will be ready for the upcoming game against the Washington Commanders.
The Eagles previously defeated the Commanders 34-31 in overtime. Hurts wore a knee brace during their recent win over the Miami Dolphins but seemed unaffected in his performance. However, a significant concern is Hurts' turnover rate.
He has 10 turnovers this season, just one less than the NFL's highest. Hurts acknowledges the need for improvement and believes the team hasn't showcased their best performance yet.
