Recording these strange interactions in real time has established Bassmaster as a viral joker. With a current 2.67 Million subscribers on YouTube, it's evident he's cookin' up something tasty with the perfect recipe.
CMT recognized this, giving Ed his own reality-prank series, The Ed Bassmaster Show. Berks Coroner's Office in Search of Reading Man's Relatives
The Berks County Coroner's Office is searching for the family of Domingo Rosario, a 77-year-old man from Reading. They are requesting that anyone with information about his next of kin contact them at 610-478-3280.
National Emergency Alert System and Wireless Alerts to be Tested by FEMA and FCC on October 4th
FEMA and the FCC will conduct a nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System (EAS) and Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) on October 4, 2023, at 2:20 p.m. ET.
The WEA test will send a message to all consumer cell phones in either English or Spanish, while the EAS test will be broadcasted on radios and televisions. The tests aim to ensure the effectiveness of these systems in providing emergency warnings to the public.
If the test is postponed due to severe weather or other events, the backup date is October 11th. Both tests are designed to be unintrusive, with messages clearly marked as tests requiring no action from the public.
Revitalization of Reading Recreation Commission Facilities Brings Fresh Energy to Community Playgrounds
The Reading Recreation Commission, under the leadership of Executive Director Daphne Klahr, is experiencing a revitalization of its facilities and programs, thanks to funding largely derived from grants.
This rejuvenation is part of the mayor's ongoing initiative to refresh local playgrounds and create safe havens within the community. Over the past 11 years, collaborative efforts from the city, community organizations, and dedicated individuals have propelled numerous projects aimed at enhancing recreational facilities in the area, benefiting children and the community at large.

Chester County Officials Address Concerns and Detail Security Upgrades in Town Hall Following Inmate Escape and Manhunt
A town hall meeting was held in Pottstown, Chester County, to discuss the recent prison escape of Danelo Cavalcante and the subsequent two-week manhunt. Officials, including the acting warden of the Chester County Jail and the District Attorney, addressed residents' concerns and questions, particularly regarding the effectiveness of the 911 emergency notification system during the incident. Security upgrades are being implemented to prevent future escapes, and the county is offering trauma-informed counseling support to residents in light of the events. The county acknowledges a breach of trust and commits to rebuilding it among the community.
High-Speed Chase Through Reading's Eastern Suburbs Ends in Crash and Arrest of Suspect in Stolen Vehicle
Victor Emmanuel Colon Nazario, a 20-year-old from Reading, was arrested after leading police on a high-speed chase in a stolen vehicle through the city's eastern suburbs, reaching speeds up to 102 mph.
The chase began on Perkiomen Avenue and ended with a crash into the woods in Amity Township following the deployment of spike strips by the police.
Nazario and his three passengers attempted to flee on foot but were apprehended. He faces multiple charges, including receiving stolen property and fleeing police, and is held at Berks County Jail on $75,000 bail. The charges for the other occupants, if any, were not disclosed.

Wheeler pitched into the seventh inning, while Realmuto and five other right-handed batters delivered crucial hits that saw Marlins' starter Jesus Luzardo exit after four innings.
Despite some challenges with runners in scoring position, the Phillies managed to lead in four of the first five innings. They are now one win away from progressing to the NLDS, with Aaron Nola slated to pitch in the potential closeout game on Wednesday.
